How to Submit a Claim?
Step 1 Verify transaction details using the Tosscan Explorer to check the blockchain record.
Step 2 Submit a claim through our official support channel, including your bet details, wallet address, TXID, and any supporting evidence.
Step 3 Our automated smart contract verification system will assess the claim based on immutable blockchain records.
Step 4 If the claim is valid, necessary adjustments will be made, and disputed funds will be returned to the appropriate wallet.
Important Notes
Claims must be filed within 7 days of the transaction or bet placement.
Decisions are based entirely on blockchain records and smart contract rules.
TOSS is not responsible for user errors, such as sending funds to the wrong address.
All claims are final once reviewed and resolved by the smart contract system.
