Refund Policy

Since TOSS operates on a blockchain-based decentralized system, all transactions are immutable and irreversible. This Refund Policy clarifies the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

No Refunds for Completed Transactions

Due to the nature of blockchain, once a bet is placed or a transaction is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded. Users must verify details before confirming transactions.

Refund Exceptions

System Malfunction If a technical issue within the Coin Toss smart contract causes incorrect fund transfers, refunds may be issued upon verification.
Unauthorized Transactions In cases of proven security breaches unrelated to user negligence, refund requests may be reviewed.
